Grace Chan Qualifies for XTERRA Worlds. After a 6th place finish against a stella age-group field in the 84km race at the Sundown Marathon, Chan headed up to Kuantan for a shot at her first XTERRA race. Her 2nd place finish in the Women's 25-29 was good enough to earn her a slot to XTERRA World Championships in Maui later this year. More details here

Hewitt Wins Madrid Spint while Brownlee Destroys Field in Spain. The 2009 Dextro Energy Triathlon - ITU World Championship Series continued its exciting start to the year with some breathtaking races at round two in Madrid, Spain. Andrea Hewitt outsprinted four other competitors to win while talented young Brit, Alistair Brownlee, put himself on the map with a dominant performance in the men’s competition. More details here
