Our Beginning
Synergy Multi-Sport was established in 2003 with the key objective of providing professional triathlon and endurance coaching services to individuals of all ages, backgrounds and levels of ability in Singapore and the region. For more than 5 years, we have transformed individuals through our holistic coaching process.
Synergy Multi-Sport offers a comprehensive array of coaching services ranging from camps to clinics. Every year, Synergy Multi-Sport conducts numerous community as well as corporate programs for more than 5,000 participants locally and regionally.
Why Synergy Multi-Sport
Currently, there is a lack of a holistic approach to the provision of coaching service in triathlon and endurance sport. Most organizations or coaches adopt a piecemeal approach. They do not have an integrated coaching system to harness, manage and redefine the training experience of an athlete. Transforming an athlete through a holistic coaching approach will help individuals reach their full potential in the sport.
Our Philosophy
Synergy Multi-Sport firmly believes in adopting a needs driven approach towards the development of an individual athletic performance. Our philosophy embraces the following key elements:
Communication: Our coaching team practices open and honest communication with our athletes, knowing that each person is different and unique in his own way. Questions are always welcome and learning from each other is always encouraged.
Consistency and Patience: Foundational to the training outcome is consistency and patience of athletes in carrying out the training programs prescribed by the coaches. Results are most definitely assured when consistency and patience are exhibited during the training process.
Commitment: Our experience suggests that the strongest impact is often the results of combining both training and application; hence the need for support, involvement and commitment of our coaching team with the athlete throughout the training process is crucial.
Fun: Empirical evidence suggests that individuals learn and thus, perform better when they are having fun. Without comprising the quality of training, fun elements are injected into the training methodology by our certified coaches.
