CAMPS
Synergy Multi-Sport training camps provide athletes with a fun and exciting environment in which to train. The opportunity to utilize a wide base of resources and knowledge is also made available to everyone. The goal of each of our camp is to provide the foundation of skills and knowledge to ensure an effective athletic growth and development for all participants.
The focus of each training camp varies from specific skill and technical development to fitness and endurance training. They are all designed to evaluate and assess the needs and goals of every athlete. The duration of the camps ranges from 2 days and more and are offered to athletes of various levels and abilities. The different camps will also indicate their suitability that will tailor from novice athletes to experienced athletes; racing sprints to Ironman.
12 & 13 January: TYR Tri-Swim Camp
10 to 12 March: TYR Protege Tri-for-Fun Camp
9 to 10 August: Long Distace Triathlon Camp
