Personalized 'On-Line' Training Programs
Synergy Multi-Sport has successfully coached hundreds of athletes through the provision of personalized training programs This is a structured training program that caters to your needs in achieving your desired fitness or race goals. Regardless of what you are looking for from improving your fitness level to achieving a personal best at the next race, our certified and experienced coaches will help you get there by first understanding your needs and then customizing a training program specifically for you taking into consideration your work, family demands and lifestyle.
This form of 'on-line' coaching is most suitable for athletes who travel, or one who prefers to train on his own, at his own time and place. Although there is no face-to-face contact with the coach, you will have direct access to your coach via email and phone during the training period. As you train, you can have the peace of mind that your coach is always there supporting you from answering that burning question that you have to having someone you can feedback to about your struggles during the training session. Customized Face-to-Face Coaching
Synergy Multi-Sport offers face to face coaching whether the an individual or group in swimming, running and/or cycling. These sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the athletes; be it a total beginner or an elite. Sessions can include, but are not limited, to video analysis, stroke corrections, mental strategies and preparation, training advice and race simulations. Training session can be held one or several times a week depending on the athlete. Juniors
This program is catered to athletes aged 13 to 19 years old where they are trained under the guidance of our experienced coaches in a safe, fun and yet challenging environment. The Junior Program is conducted two to three times a week in a group training format, where they will swim, cycle and run.
Training sessions will incorporate ‘life skills’ such as problem-solving, time management and teamwork as part of our wholistic training approach. Each athlete will have the opportunity to be coached to participate in races at a local or regional level as part of honing their racing skills and exposure to race strategies and differing environments.
